Bad Habit
PostedI really need to get rid of this bad habit of eating before sleeping. I'm gaining weight already. But it's so hard to resist. I'm weighing 110 lbs. now. I used to be 98 lbs..I couldn't wear mostly of the clothes that I brought from the Philippines anymore. And I already have flabby stomach. Geez! My husband keep reminding me to be in a good shape so I won't be having a hard time to conceive a child. But I'm so lazy to do exercise. I tried it just once. I did stretching and stomach crunching. The next day, I was aching all over that's why I didn't do it anymore.
Actually, I was a bit suprised that I gain weight because it's not in our genes to get fat. Some said I ate too much rice. But I've been eating rice ever since I can remember and I never gain weight until I came here. I gain 12 pounds. Could be because I don't sweat that much? Or American foods has a lot of preservatives? Whatever the case, I'm badly needed to shed off some extra pounds! Wish me luck! :)
